Releasing Hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday and 12-4 Weekends and Holidays

• Registered Owner must be present
• Registered Owner must have proof of ownership whether it is Title or Registration (insurance card is not usable)
• There must be at least one valid driver unless it specifies something different on the physical release for the vehicle.
• Cash is the only form of payment we accept for police impounds. Cash must be in exact change because we do not have change at our locations.
• All vehicles require a physical release that is to be picked up from the police department before vehicle can leave the impound lot.
